This 1300sqm. development on a steeply sloping site at Magill was a full design and construct project for a refrigerated storage facility. The project involved the use of precast concrete wall panels to act as retaining walls and support for the steel framed roof structure.

An all weather plant platform was located on the roof of the building to accommodate the significant amount of equipment required to run the minus 25 degree celcius freezer, zero degree cool room and 10 degree ambient room. Services extended to the incorporation of fast action rapid doors, sub floor insulation and condensation drainage to the freezer and the ability to convert the dry store area into a cool room. All furniture, fittings and equipment was also sourced and supplied for the project.
