TA4 Refurbishment

The brief was to transform a tired, dark area into a light, modern workspace of approximately 220sqm. It had to be predominately open and flexible with particular attention paid to acoustics and reduction of clutter. In consultation with our consultants, the design solution was to arrange 20 teachers along the glazed perimeter and around a central area of recording studios and glazed meeting rooms. This allowed the inclusion of a linear, illuminated space incorporating the corporate colours of the college.
