Private Office Development – Campbelltown | Giordano Architecture + Certification

As the first of a three stage project, it was important in this prominent location to make a bold architectural expression within the restrictions of a suburban context and limited budget. The design involves the upper floor ‘box’ oriented to the north to maximise exposure to natural light and mitigate the harsh afternoon sun on the western road frontage. A simple palette, clean lines and geometries – plus the integration of signage and branding have made the building a notable addition to the suburban context.
