The significance of moving from their original home in Tynte Street, North Adelaide to such a prominent location in Hindmarsh Square cannot be understated. The brief for Capsule Projects was to help transition from traditional, dis-jointed, legacy workspaces to a modern work environment that is the embodiment of the company’s aspirations whilst acknowledging its significant position in the wider community. A significant amount of consultation and collaboration was invested into the creation of a vibrant, modern workplace for 100 employees that also includes a state of the art data centre, edit suites, master control and media gateway. The prominent ground floor studio space will be a major feature where the public is given the opportunity to gain a view of the inner workings of news broadcasting. A luxurious reception area flows into the second floor executive area and new inter-floor staircase, whilst the predominantly open plan work area is accentuated by collaboration zones, meeting rooms and breakout areas.
